ADS is IQP registered to service all the above brands and to provide a copy of the Form 12A for Building Warrant of Fitness (BWoF) purposes.
A Building Warrant of Fitness is a building owner’s annual statement confirming that the specified systems in the compliance schedule for their building have been inspected, checked and maintained for the previous 12 months, in accordance with the compliance schedule.
The building owner must provide the local authority with a copy of the Form 12A certificate from an IQP (Independent Qualified Person), including any recommendations they may make.
ADS is a member of the Association of Building Compliance (ABC), the only IQP representative body in New Zealand.
